Who we are:

After two years of intense AI research and development at Ecole Normale Superieure and Ecole Centrale Paris, HrFlow.ai was founded in June 2016 to solve the labor market and employment challenges at scale using the latest innovations in AI.

Having developed a proprietary AI and workflow technology from the ground up that unifies HR data silos, identifies the right candidates for the right jobs without bias, and automates it all, HrFlow.ai has already gained traction with over +1,000 clients, large and small.

Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Apprentice to join our dynamic team at HrFlow.ai. In this role, you will support our content marketing efforts, helping to create engaging and informative content that positions HrFlow.ai as a thought leader in the HR technology space. This apprenticeship is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about content creation, eager to learn about HR Tech, and ready to contribute to real-world marketing strategies.

What you will be doing:

• Execute content marketing strategies that align with HrFlow.ai's overall marketing objectives
• Work on various content types, including blog posts, social media content, webinars, and all marketing materials on HR Tech themes
• Help conduct research to gather insights and data for compelling and informative content
• Contribute to the optimization of content for search engine optimization (SEO)
• Assist in maintaining consistency in messaging, tone, and branding across all content assets
• Collaborate with marketing team members and other stakeholders to gather input for content creation

About You - Must Have

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Strong writing and editing skills in English and French
• Keen interest in content creation and digital marketing
• Basic understanding of SEO principles
• Familiarity with content marketing strategies and best practices
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Eagerness to learn about HR technology and B2B marketing

About You - Bonus

• Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Basic understanding of HR processes and technologies
• Interest in artificial intelligence and its applications in HR
• Startup or entrepreneurial mindset
