Marketing Assistant / Marketing Coordinator

Minimum Requirements Matric Diploma or formal qualification (Highly Advantageous) Valid Drivers License and own vehicle Degree / Diploma degree in Marketing or related field (essential) 3 5 years experience working in a similar role Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and WordPress Must come from a technical background Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools Event coordination experience Strong administrative skills and attention to detail Copywriting and press relations experience Familiarity with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager Basic knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis Supporting the Marketing Department by assisting with the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing strategies and campaigns Preparing and managing marketing documentation and promotional materials Assist in the procurement, branding, and inventory management of promotional items Organize, dispatch, and courier promotional items to customers and dealers efficiently Support the planning, organization, and execution of internal and external events, including dealer events and trade shows Support various brand and marketing initiatives as needed Assist in writing, editing, and proofreading content for diverse platforms, including social media, websites, and newsletters
