Job Description

Minimum requirements: Recent graduate who has done either a Diploma or some short courses on Marketing or Graphic Design Valid license and own transport Excellent English communication Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar Basic understanding of content marketing principles and digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, SEO) Familiarity with popular social media platforms and their functionalities Proficiency using graphic design tools, such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Canva Creativity and a willingness to brainstorm and contribute fresh ideas to marketing campaigns Good organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines A positive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to work effectively within a team, as well as independently Experience or qualification in content creation, either through internships, personal projects, or academic coursework Experience with video editing software such as Premier Pro and photography experience is a huge plus Responsibilities: Assisting in creating and developing engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, emails, website, and other marketing materials Collaborating with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute content strategies to promote products or services effectively Conducting market research to understand the target audience and staying updated with industry trends to create relevant and timely content Proofreading and editing content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency Assisting in managing and maintaining content calendars to ensure a steady flow of content across platforms Supporting the production of multimedia content, such as videos, infographics, and images, to enhance brand visibility Monitoring and responding to comments and inquiries on social media platforms Assisting in the optimization of content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic reach and website traffic Coordinating with managers to ensure a cohesive and unified brand message Analysing and reporting on content performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven decisions.
