Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Compile requests for Materials Prepare purchase orders Keep track of purchases and supplies ensuring that they arrive / are delivered on time Handle questions about orders Respond to questions from customers and suppliers about the status of orders. Handle requests to change or cancel orders. Cultivate customer satisfaction Researching and evaluating suppliers, negotiating prices and ensure products are delivered in a timely manner. Maintain an excellent relationship with all suppliers to ensure speedy and accurate deliveries Qualification: Matric / Grade 12 Min of 3 years in a similar position within the Building / Construction Industries
