INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY AT THE ERUA SECRETARIAT GENERAL

Job Description
About the Internship:
ERUA is offering Paris 8 students enrolled in a bachelor's, master's or doctoral degree program a unique internship opportunity to work in an international and diverse environment.
The student will report to ERUA Secretary General, attached to the President of Paris 8 University based in Paris. The student will work closely with the Paris 8 coordination team and with the project teams of the other member universities of the Alliance.
The duration of the internship is 4 months (renewable). The time dedication and schedule is open for negotiation.
The activities of the internship include:
- Support in day-to day duties related to the Secretariat General of the Alliance, e.g.:
o prepare communications, PPT presentations and ensure the flow of information among teams and governance bodies and committees
o participate in internal Secretariat meetings and meetings with partners, including governance meetings, draft agendas and minutes
o monitor project tasks and activities performed by the Secretariat General ensuring their timely completion
o support the quality management and impact assessment activities
- Assist the Secretary General in activities related to the strategic management of the alliance (e.g. strategy, financial sustainability, legal entity)
- Follow, analyze and report on higher education and research-related EU policy developments
- Engage with external and internal stakeholders at different levels
- Any other duties related to the ERUA Secretariat General
L'Université Paris 8 est un pôle d'enseignement et de recherche central en Île-de-France dans le domaine des humanités et compte 22500 étudiants.
Elle est depuis 2020 coordinatrice d'une université européenne, European Reform Universtiy Alliance (ERUA), en charge du volet formation (Erasmus +) et recherche (H2020). ERUA regroupe l'université Paris 8, l'université de Constance, l'université de Roskilde, l'université de la mer Égée et la Nouvelle université bulgare.
