As the Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all aspects of the home, ensuring young people receive high levels of emotional and physical care, appropriate activities, and comfortable accommodation.
- Playing a crucial role in building a high-performing team that aligns with the company's core values.
- Leading the staff team and deploying appropriate resources to fulfil key tasks.
- Providing induction, supervision, and appraisal to ensure staff development and effective communication.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including child protection, health and safety, finance, control, and administration.
