District Supervisor Bilingual

Job Description Overview: SPAR Canada , a global leader in retail merchandising is growing We are hiring a bilingual (French and English) District Supervisor (hybrid remote), with a territory encompassing the Montreal and surrounding areas. You will be accountable for direct oversight of our team of Quebec retail merchandisers ensuring our clients’ executions and timelines are met. You will reside in Montreal and assist with merchandiser in-field training and client execution. To be successful, you must be organized, tech savvy, retail focused, and deadline-driven. WHAT WE OFFER: Great team environment Hybrid role Competitive pay Comprehensive Benefits Package Medical, Dental, Vision AD&D, Long Term Disability Paid vacation RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and motivate a team of contract merchandisers Track progress of field executions Manage weekly scheduling of merchandiser assignments Conduct quality assurance audits Plan district needs to meet current and upcoming workload demands Travel throughout district as required Interact and update client service team and management at Home Office POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Ability to read, write and understand English and French Strong project management/administration experience Exceptional supervisory, delegation and negotiation skills with direct report supervisory experience Expertise using Microsoft office including excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines Ability to work in fast paced & demanding environment Recruitment experience is an asset Reliable vehicle JOB QUALIFICATIONS- EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: College degree/diploma required Minimum three (3) years retail/merchandising or vendor related experience We thank all applicants in advance; only qualified candidates will be contacted.
