LEM is committed to make Sustainability a strategic pillar of its development. Our Sustainability Department, recently created is looking for an Intern ESG to support the Global Head of Sustainability on various tasks and especially customer requestes.

Your main tasks:

• Review our different ESG raters : Ecovadis, CDP, UNGC, Morning star Sustainalytics & assess if the list is exhaustive
• Understand the rating criteria of each rater
• Analyse the results received
• Identify key area for improvement
• Draft action plan to bridge the gaps and reach the next level with the support of related parties working on various sustainability initiatives
• Prioritize actions based on ROI and coordinate implementation (even implement some actions)
• Benchmark LEM's positioning vs competitors with regards to the raters.

Technical and Personal skills:

• On-going Bachelor/ Master degree
• Fluent English
• Good knowledge of the Office Suite
• ESG knowledge
• Good analytical and synthesis skills
• Proactive and creative
• Very good communication skills

Date of Employment: As soon as possible for 6 months
