MacGregor Black are partnering with a leading global sports equipment manufacturer on the search for a Marketing Manager. This is a permanent role based in Nottingham.

As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the overall marketing efforts. You will drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth for the company's products. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background within the sports industry, a passion for sport, and the ability to execute successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company’s brand, products, and services across various channels, including digital, social media, print, events, and sponsorships.
• Collaborate with product development teams to plan product launches, create compelling messaging, and develop marketing campaigns to drive awareness and sales.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives such as website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to inform marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute marketing events, including product launches and trade shows, to enhance brand presence.
• Liaise with internal teams (product development, sales, and customer service) to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.

What are we looking for?

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within the sports industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive, creative thinker with a passion for sport and in-depth knowledge of the market.
• Proven ability to manage and execute marketing campaigns successfully.
