Senior Manager: Student Accommodation

Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate new student accommodation opportunities in South Africa and Africa. Conduct due diligence, manage development teams, and ensure projects meet agreements. Oversee budgeting, research, and stakeholder engagement. Provide input on student life programs and track performance. Skills & Qualifications: Relevant graduate degree required; postgraduate qualification preferred. Minimum 5 years in the property/building industry.
