A recent professional profile photo is to accompany your application EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Permanent SECTOR : Steel / Metal BASIC SALARY : Market related START DATE : A.S.A.P / Immediate REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 2 3 Years experience in a similar field Product knowledge (stainless steel & aluminum) will be an advantage Computer literate Good understanding of outbound logistics and housekeeping Detailed knowledge of the products the company sells Numeracy Fluent in English DUTIES: Preparing Invoices for billing and delivery purposes Constant and continuous investigation for improvement to be reported to Supervisor or Manager Performing general activities in Dispatch department relating to coordination of Invoices and Delivery schedules Dispatch / Invoicing clerks function as frontline facilitators who control assignments to a certain point, monitor job progress and enter critical data Answer high volume of incoming calls from both staff and customers and handling queries Update of data pertaining to orders, stock codes, etc. on Invoices Review documentation, maintain database and prepare Invoices for delivery purposes Completing route sheets timeously and accurately Communicate between staff, drivers and supervisors via phone, mail etc. Filing kept up to date Monitoring jobs in progress and briefing the right personnel about any logistical issues Verify receipts and confirm purchases contents and orders are complete Maintain communication with supervisors to be informed of any change of delivery, route or schedule Track and ensure deliveries are received, on-route Assist with Stock take (compulsory) Liaise with sales people Work in compliance to company procedures HOURS: Monday to Friday: 08:00 17:00 Should you meet all the requirements, apply on our website at www.statusstaffing.com today.
