Customer Care Internship Opportunity

POSITION SUMMARY

This internship position will give the opportunity to support the customer care team and understand how to interact with the outsourced customer care team and warehouse team as necessary.

The ideal candidate is an avid learner and quick to acclimate to various business tools. We are looking for someone energetic, with client passion who is a creative problem solver and has excellent communication skills.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Availability Requests:

• How to handle availability requests from customers and internal teams.
• Ensure accurate and timely responses to inquiries about product availability.

Managing Shipments:

• How to coordinate shipments to and from Paris as part of our aftersales process.
• Track shipments, update records, and communicate shipment status to relevant stakeholders.

Training Materials:

• Assist in the development of training materials for customer service representatives.
• Work with team members to ensure that training materials are up-to-date and relevant.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and the ability to perform a variety of tasks efficiently.
