LCH SA - IT Apprentice
Background:
Within the LCH SA IT organization (part of the London Stock Exchange Group), the COO division must be able to manage IT business activities & Tech portfolio management.
The objective of this apprenticeship is to follow-up on IT cost and resource management for 2 years.
Responsibilities:
The apprentice will contribute to the department & leadership of the team under the supervision of business manager.

Background:

Responsibilities:
The apprentice will contribute to the department & leadership of the team under the supervision of business manager.
- IT Cost Follow-up:
- Portfolio projects & programmes spend.
- Monitor resource cost through time booking on right spend envelopes (Opex/Capex). Notify the resource managers if different to the planned view.
- Monitor suppliers spend to the budgeted spend. Notify the resource managers if different to the planned view.
- Support providing reports if needed for any committees.
- Provide support during annual budgeting period.
- Resource Management:
- Follow-up regularly with IT managers & notify on any new demand (s) or changes to the planned view.
- Ensuring resources have access to right investment for time tracking.
- Process(es) Improvement (where & when necessary):
- Support the Tech department to improve process(es).
- Update processes & procedures to create a knowledge base.
- Fluency in French & English.
- Expertise in MS Office tools such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc. (Power BI is a plus point).
- Act as a team-player & to be proactive.
- Attention to details with an organised approach.
