You'll provide premium service and hospitality to complement the village and surrounding areas. As a prerequisite of the business is food being constantly available, we're seeking someone with a strong track record of running a successful catering business.

You'll also be a community operator who loves holding events to build the business and engage the community. You'll develop the function room to attract parties and events and maximise the garden in the summer months.
