Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring all food is handled safely and hygienically.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining areas, and other designated spaces.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are used and stored correctly.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for students and staff.
• Work collaboratively with the catering and cleaning team to meet daily objectives.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in catering, cleaning, or a similar role is preferred.
• A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check is essential.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
