• Support the Associate Director and Senior Surveyor in managing assets.
• Oversee smaller service charge budgets.
• Conduct site visits as necessary, though extensive travel is not required.

Qualifications:

• Some prior experience in surveying or asset management.
• Chartered status is not required; the role is ideal for a good graduate with a bit of experience.
