About the role:

Our Data and Analytics Practice within Operate Digital is growing. We are seeking a Manager in Data and Analytics to join our team. You will play a key role in driving innovative data solutions, enhancing our managed services, and supporting clients on an ongoing basis.

We're seeking an experienced professional with excellent interpersonal skills who enjoys collaborating with teams and clients. A proven track record in data analytics, capable of managing complex projects and contributing to a high-performance work environment. The primary locations for this role are Belfast or Cardiff.

Ideal candidates will have experience in data analytics within professional services or deep industry expertise and be comfortable handling various data projects. This role is crucial to our mission of using data to drive business transformation and deliver actionable insights. What your days will look like:

• Lead the delivery of large and complex data projects, ensuring timely, within-scope, and budget-friendly outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering ongoing support and strategic data-driven solutions.
• Enhance our existing managed services capabilities to meet growing client demands.
• Drive the development and implementation of innovative data solutions.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables through rigorous data governance and quality control processes.
• Identify new business opportunities, contribute to proposal preparation, and support business development activities.

• You have strong client-facing and communication skills, and are familiar with data analytics tools, cloud platforms, and data governance principles.
• You have experience leveraging data and analytics to uncover insights and drive strategic decision-making.
• You have strong project management skills and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
• You enjoy problem-solving and can approach complex challenges with innovative solutions.
• You are eligible to be sponsored by us for UK government security clearance.
