Our Data and Analytics Practice within Operate Digital is growing. We are seeking a Senior Associate in Data and Analytics to join our team. You will support the team in driving innovative data solutions, enhancing our managed services, and assisting clients on an ongoing basis. This role is crucial to our mission of using data to drive business transformation and deliver actionable insights.

We're looking for a motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills who enjoys collaborating with teams and clients. You should have some experience in data analytics, capable of supporting complex projects and contributing to a high-performance work environment. The primary locations for this role are Belfast or Cardiff.

What your days will look like:

• Support the Data and Analytics team in delivering data projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
• Assist in building and maintaining client relationships, offering ongoing support and data-driven insights.
• Contribute to the enhancement of our managed services capabilities to meet growing client demands.
• Aid in the development and implementation of innovative data solutions.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables through adherence to data governance and quality control processes.
• Support the identification of new business opportunities and contribute to proposal preparation and business development activities.

This role is for you if:

• You have strong client-facing and communication skills.
• You are familiar with data analytics tools, cloud platforms, and data governance principles.
• You have experience leveraging data and analytics to uncover insights and drive strategic decision-making.
• You enjoy problem-solving and can approach complex challenges with innovative solutions.
• You are eligible to be sponsored by us for UK government security clearance.
