What your days will look like:

• Strategic Leadership & Planning: Lead the integrated planning process, streamline activities, and align business needs across Sales and Marketing.
• Team Development & Execution: Develop a high-performing team to execute and track GTM activities, ensuring cohesive integration and market visibility.
• Stakeholder & Commercial Management: Engage stakeholders, manage the go-to-market matrix, and leverage commercial insights to drive business growth.
• Measurement & Optimisation: Oversee ROI-driven activity measurement, own planning tool technology, ensure quality control, and manage budget adherence for optimal GTM strategies.

• You have a proven ability in go-to-market strategy, integrated planning in matrixed organisations, and leveraging data for actionable insights aligned with strategic business drivers.
