Job Description:

You will be working as part of a small team responsible for a mixture of duties. First class admin skills are a must, accuracy and efficiency are very important. This is an office based role, managing a group of customer accounts. Your role will play a vital part in both retaining current clients, as well as winning new business.

Duties will include:

• Day to day account management of allocated customers by phone and email
• Responding to sales enquiries, preparing quotations and following up on leads in order to win new business
• Entering client orders onto company production system, purchasing print & packaging materials as required and liaising with production team to ensure customer expectations & deadlines are achieved
• Conducting reviews with the main business contact where appropriate via the telephone
• Following up marketing campaigns with some cold calling where necessary
• Ensure CRM system is kept accurate and up to date

Required Skills:

• Excellent telephone based customer service skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally over the telephone
• A can do attitude with a flexible approach to work
• An ability to develop and maintain solid client relationships
• An ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Previous account management experience beneficial, identifying & winning new business
• Good time management and organisational skills
• A minimum of Grade C and above in GCSE Maths and English
