Administrative Assistant 10hrs per week (middle of the day, term time only)

Salary: Grade 2, SCP 3 – 4 (£22,737 - £23,114 + LW) pro rata

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our small but efficient office team who are responsible for the day-to-day administration of the school. You will work closely with other members of staff to support the senior leadership team, parents/carers and external parties seeking assistance from the school office. The confidence and ability to work flexibly and contribute to the school’s ethos is essential, as is the desire to provide excellent customer service.

The Person:

We are looking for someone who has:

• Excellent interpersonal skills, both face to face and over the telephone
• Knowledge of Word and Excel
• Good knowledge of SIMS (preferable)
• A willingness to learn and work on own initiative
• A proven record as a team player
• Respect for confidentiality
