Accounts Administrator - 3 Month FTC
High Wycombe
£12 - £14 per hour + Hybrid Working

Looking for a great opportunity in Finance? Join our client, a fantastic business based in High Wycombe in the Property Management sector. As the Accounts Administrator, you will ideally come from a background in estate agency, property or housing and you'll have the chance to play an important role in the financial operations of this high-growth group. This is a 3 month temporary, hybrid working position, with only 2 days per week required in the office.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow up on overdue accounts and invoices.
• Reconcile unallocated payments.
• Handle customer queries.
• Update account information.
• Meet monthly cash collection targets.
• Provide client data as needed.
• Report problematic accounts.
• Reconciliation of purchase ledger supplier accounts.
  
  

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• QUBE system experience is highly desirable
• Previous experience within the housing/property sector is highly desirable.
• Excellent accounts administration skills.
