The Project Manager role is responsible for managing a team of 6 project co-ordinators within the Projects department, responsible for multi-technology, equipment projects and high-quality solutions, from order through to successful delivery and installation.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Effective management of the project team, ensuring on time delivery of bespoke installations
• Purchasing responsibilities for project parts and supplies
• Continuous development of all current processes and operations
• Development and coaching of the project team
• Collaboration with commercial teams

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Strong project management experience
• Experienced in managing technical projects (ideally engineering, production or manufacturing)
• People leadership experience with an ability to coach and develop teams
• Data analysis and KPI management
• Commercial acumen
