About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator Asset Management Delivery to join the Service Support team within Asset Management. We are looking for someone who is keen to learn about Asset Management Delivery and can support our processes and procedures. You will be using your initiative, problem solving and analytical skills in a fast paced environment to ensure Asset Management delivers a customer focused service to a high standard.

On a day to day basis, you will be a point of contact for customers and other areas of the business. You will support all areas within Asset Management, maintain databases, analyse data and support on projects within the Service Support remit. You will need to have an excellent eye for detail, a tenacious problem solving attitude and be able to prioritise an ever changing workload. You will also need to be able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with both our customers and other internal teams.

This role is being offered on a full time, 6-8 month secondment basis and will be based in our Exeter, Tolvaddon or Weston-super-Mareoffice. A hybrid office and home working style is an option.

About The Candidate

To be a successful Coordinator - Asset Management Delivery, you will have the skills, knowledge and experiencerequired for a Level 1 - Team Member role, along with the below role specific requirements:
  • Knowledge and experience of MS Office Suite.
  • Experience working in an administrative or office environment.
  • Good level of attention to detail and accuracy skills.
  • Good organisation skills with the ability to deliver effectively when working to tight deadlines.
  • Good level of literacy and numeracy.
