Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Total ownership over the Digital Marketing Strategy, strategic planning across Digital Campaigns (including social media and email marketing), web performance and performance marketing (managed via an agency)
• Manage & Develop the brands (organic) social media strategy, working to increase following and engagement. The role remains hands on, but looking at you to drive the strategy forward – so lots of autonomy in the role.
• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities. Producing performance reports to senior stakeholders.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy aligned with business and brand goals
• Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure campaigns align as a multi-channel marketing strategy.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Ideally 5 years’ experience within Digital Planning/ Digital Strategist/ Content and Socual Media.
• Highly analytical with experience analysing and measuring marketing campaigns and content performance.
• Understanding the commercial value of content and social media – tracking and reporting on performance.
• Excellent communicator. Excellent attention to detail.
• Self motivated. Someone who takes risks and isn’t afraid to try something that could lead to a success for the brand. Someone who isn’t shy of being in a stand alone role (strategy) and supported by the delivery teams.
