Opportunity

Pinewood Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team on an initial 12 month FTC.


As a key member of the marketing department, you will oversee our brand's presence across various channels, and ensure consistent and impactful communication with both internal and external stakeholders. What to Expect

As a Marketing Manager/Brand Manager at Pinewood, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Maintaining strong relationships with Sales, Product teams, and international channels, staying informed of activities that will inform marketing plans.
  • Managing the company’s social media presence, ensuring it aligns with our brand values and engages our audience effectively.
  • Planning, organising, and executing company events, including trade shows, conferences, and internal events.
  • Overseeing the creation, development, and delivery of high-quality presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Acquiring and maintaining content necessary to effectively promote our products and services through social media, websites, and trade press.
  • Preparing documentation and videos to enable partners to support and promote the product.
  • Leading and managing the marketing team, conducting regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and handling leave requests.
  • Guiding and supporting team members and international channels to enable their effectiveness.
  • Supervising the production, editing, and distribution of marketing videos.
  • Maintaining and updating the company websites, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and optimised for user experience.
  • Overseeing the administration of Adobe software licenses, ensuring compliance and managing renewals.
  • Conducting thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Managing internal communications, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across the organisation.
  • Supporting Talent Acquisition with marketing material for careers pages, social channels, and in-person events.
  • Ensuring the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards within the marketing department and preparing for audits and assessments as needed.
  • Coordinating with global teams to streamline responses and maintain consistent messaging across regions.


About You

We’re looking for people with:

  • Proven experience in a similar marketing or brand management role, ideally within the technology or automotive sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Experience with social media management, website maintenance, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance processes is a plus.
