About the role

An Advisor role within our People Lifecycle team provides the opportunity to support our employees from joining PwC all the way through their careers with us. You will support employees with queries, guide our Career and Talent Coaches through complex people related matters, deliver people related projects, work to continuously improve our policies and processes through the use of technology and help our business make strategic decisions informed by high quality data insights.

This vacancy is for the People Advisory team, which sits within People Lifecycle and is part of wider People Solutions within the People Function

What your days will look like:
  • Manage a portfolio of cases which may include Health & Wellbeing, Performance Management, Death in Service, Exam Dismissals and Appeals.
  • Provide support and guidance to Career and Talent Coaches, employees and colleagues across the People Function on people related matters
  • Reporting on and analysing people data to provide insights and data points to support decision making across the business. Using tools such as Alteryx and PowerBI to create comprehensive and simple to interpret data sets for business stakeholders
  • Owning and monitoring People Function processes, ensuring they reflect best practice and that they utilise technology to drive optimum efficiency


This role is for you if:
  • Experience of case management and an understanding of HR processes, including knowledge of best practices and current trends
  • Able to manage sensitive and complex information from multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to efficiently maintain, manipulate and interpret high volumes of data, with strong data analysis skills and the ability to prepare data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • High standard of written documentation, and previous experience of producing professional and robust letters and reports
  • Experience of advising on people policies and facilitating training sessions
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and work to deadlines
