Here at Pegasus we have a growing and increasingly strong brand in the Built Environment Recruitment sector. We are looking for excellent and like minded recruiters to join us.

A bit about us;

• Headquartered in Leeds, but operating UK wide and Internationally.
• We're a friendly bunch; down to earth, like a laugh but are also committed to producing an excellent service for candidates and clients.
• We have low churn; people love working here!
• Very ethical business (we shoudln't have to say this should we! But if you are in a business that isn't and you want something better - then we are it!).
• And yes of course, we have all the bells and whistles you'd expect to allow you to do your job (cloud based CRM, Linkedin Recruiter licences and job slots, O365, job boards, etc).
• Strong Social Media presence. podcast, newsletter, etc, to ensure our brand is well known and trusted in the market.

But what about the money I hear you ask! We have (we've checked!) a highly competitive commission structure compared to market.

We also offer excellent holidays - 25 days a year, plus BHs, plus we close for two weeks over the festive period! That's over 40 days a year!

We also have a family first attitude; many of us are parents and understand that it's not all plain sailing!

For consultants wanting to join us who would like a remote role, all we ask for is;

• For you to have at least 3 years experience in an established or growing built environment discipline.
• To be a consistent biller (in excess of £175k of fees)
• Ideally you'll have worked from home before and are confident this is an environment you can thrive in (it's not for everyone).
• That you have a dedicated workspace at home (the kitchen table just won't cut it!).
• That you are still happy travelling to meet clients and candidates from time to time, as well as the odd trip up to Leeds to the mothership and want to join us on our social and incentive trips! All travel would of coure be expensed!
• That you are a decent human!
