The role

The Airport Academy provides a complimentary recruitment service for companies at the site and promotes job and training opportunities to locals. In cooperation with Nottingham College, your role as coordinator involves supporting MAG's CSR strategy and Employment and Skills plan. You will champion the Academys goals, promoting the Airport Academy by visiting Jobcentre Plus offices across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire and attending jobs fairs.

You will also work with the college and other sectors to deliver business-boosting, goal-oriented recruitment solutions.

What will make you successful in the role?

You need strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of adapting information for various formats like newsletters and reports and be an active listener. You must be comfortable with public speaking, engaging large audiences, and connecting with diverse stakeholders.

As you will be expected to travel to various locations across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire, you will need to be able to drive to be considered for this role.
