Overview

Our Pension Administrators play a crucial role in our mission to deliver exceptionally high standards of service to our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals, bringing your skills to bear in managing and coordinating corporate pension schemes flawlessly. How you'll make an impact

  • Carry out pension administration tasks and calculations accurately and in accordance with internal processes and company policies, adhering to procedures and standards regarding work and conduct.
  • Draft correspondence and reports for internal and external collaborators.
  • Manage logging in and out of post to ensure seamless communication flow.
  • Assist consultants and account managers with necessary documentation to support their responsibilities.
  • Ensure client work is processed in a timely manner and within target dates.
  • Prioritize work to ensure service level agreements are rigorously maintained.
  • Assist team members as the need arises and provide support to the Team Leader.
  • Address non-standard client/member queries with a high level of integrity.
  • Take day-to-day client responsibility under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Ensure own work is peer-reviewed as appropriate to maintain quality standards.
  • Complete timesheets in a timely manner and adhere to company time recording policies.
  • Carry out additional duties and take on responsibilities as agreed from time to time.
  • Be aware of current regulatory and legal obligations of the function.
  • Report any suspected breaches to your line manager immediately upon discovery
  • Align with all Corporate Policies & Procedures (CPPs).

About You

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in defined benefit/defined contribution pension scheme administration.
  • Ideally progressed with PMI or possessing equivalent experience.
  • Logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to process, collect, and input data and information as delegated.
  • Strong ability to prioritize workload, keeping to deadlines and meeting disclosure requirements.
  • Ability to answer queries by telephone, letter, and email.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients to ensure flawless service delivery.
  • Ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficient in the use of Office Systems, e.g., Microsoft Office for word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.
  • Familiarity with various codes of professional ethics and standards, such as those established by PMI or equivalent experience, is required.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
