The job at a glance

Join our team and youll be responsible for working with a wide range of businesses to uncover and solve their hiring challenges. Your role will be to acquire new clients as well as strengthen and grow existing relationships to increase Totaljob's market share.

Working in the Sales department you will develop a deep understanding of your clients current and future needs to recommend the best of Totaljobs solutions to them and create both short and long-term value for our partners through the entire sales process.

You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through referrals, networking, and marketing strategies.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals tailored to client needs and preferences.
  • Sales Execution: Close new business opportunities with both key clients and SMEs, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management:Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to renewal. Deliver presentations and solutions at client meetings, build strategic partnerships and understand client needs.
  • Performance Analysis and Strategy:Utilise Salesforce for accurate forecasting, track and evaluate client performance metrics, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Your skills and qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in acquiring new business and cultivating and expanding an account base to drive sales growth.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs through strategic planning and execution.
  • Exceptional skills in managing and nurturing client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software to effectively manage client interactions and track progress.
  • Ability to adapt to changes within the business in an evolving market landscape, and a solution-oriented mindset to navigate challenges effectively.
