The Role


Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, this role will be influential in TalkTalk Business Direct to ensure the business unit remains compliant with the Emergency Database regulation.


Responsibilities


Working with BT 999 correcting the Emergency Database (EDB) used by 999 operators if a caller is unable to confirm their location. This role will ensure those details are correct by confirming details with the customer.


Taking corrective action across TalkTalk Business Direct emergency database entries having full end to end accountability to ensure customers details are correctly adjusted.


Skills and experience we are looking for


  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to solve problems and take steps to rectify, mitigating any risks or issues to the business or the customer experience.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise, navigating different online systems and portals
