We are currently exclusively partnered with a great sports brand who are recruiting for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead a great team and deliver full marketing strategy in a key strategic role.

You will be responsible for the driving the overall Marketing, PR and Brand strategy for the brand. Working with various internal departments and full responsibility for defining and the implementation of the marketing strategy, consisting of digital campaigns, Athletes partnerships, influencers and sponsorships, local marketing, and multimedia content production to ensure continued growth.

Your main responsibilities as the Head of Marketing will involve;

• Managing and leadership of the marketing department
• Develop and execute the full marketing and communications strategy for the brand and overall product portfolio.
• Manage the annual marketing budget
• Review and revise the overall content strategy and execution
• Monitor and update all campaigns regularly as required
• Develop the social media strategy and presence
• Analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activity using pre-determined KPIs

Key requirements for the role;

• Proven leadership experience within a senior marketing role from the sports industry or sports brand.
• Proven background in ATL and BTL marketing.
• Highly creative with the ability to manage numerous marketing projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Educated to degree level ideally in Marketing, Retail or Business
