We are looking for a leader. Somebody to actively guide commercial colleagues and assume responsibility for the commercial success of this client’s Social Housing Planned Refurbishment and Reactive maintenance across the Southern region.

The role holds a high level of responsibility but working as a Commercial Manager here will feel different to anything you have experienced before. Creating an environment that enables people to always be at their best and have the greatest impact, you will be trusted to complete work efficiently and effectively, but with a work/life balance designed to ensure you are both motivated and satisfied both at work and home.

Ultimately your role will revolve around driving value, reducing cost, improving profits and managing risk – overseeing the financials on multiple projects within the region and providing leadership, guidance and development.
