Graduate LIMS Support Analyst - Liverpool

My client, a global organisation is looking for a recent Chemistry/Scientific Graduate who is keen to start their career in a dual scientific/technology role

Role: LIMS Support Analyst - Application support for business applications in a scientific company, serving 600 global users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Application system support for bespoke LIMS applications
• Maintain knowledge base articles
• Investigate and document defects
• Support incident and problem management
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues
• Configure lab instrument integrations with LIMS
• Create scheduled tasks for report distribution
• Run user audit reports

Requirements:

• Degree (high grade) in Chemistry, Science or Information Technology
• A keen scientific AND technology interest
• Analytical problem-solving skills
• Strong communication abilities

Desirable:

• Experience in metals and minerals industry
• SQL Querying
• Basic JavaScript knowledge
• Spanish business proficiency
