Marketing Manager

An opportunity has arisen for a talented marketing real estate professional to join the Caudwell Development, Sales & Marketing team responsible for formulating and delivering global Sales & Marketing strategies for the company’s most prestigious developments in London & France. The vacancy would suit an all-rounder marketeer with some communications experience, seeking a diverse and challenging role that involves working on multiple projects spanning both marketing and communications.

You will join a small but expanding sales and marketing team based at our Mayfair offices and enjoy a creative working environment among real estate professionals & designers.

You will be required to work across two of our super prime developments in London and France to implement the marketing and communication strategies successfully. You will play a major role in helping manage the brand, marketing, and communications for the projects. We are looking for an innovative thinker who is abreast of the latest marketing trends.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Marketing and the Director of Sales to deliver marketing and communication strategies for both prime projects in London and France.
• Project manage our appointed creative agencies to deliver collaterals: brochures, digital content, websites, floor plans, CGIs.
• Project manage our appointed PR agency to deliver successful communication strategies for London and France.
• Oversee press opportunities and communicate with the team for approval, review press releases and agree sign-off with key stakeholders.
• Work with appointed agencies and suppliers on sponsorships and events.
• Lead the day-to-day management of the social media/PPC campaigns: paid and organic, incorporating the latest trends and techniques in digital marketing.
• Prepare monthly reports to the UK & French management teams.
• Hold accountability of suppliers.
• Ad-hoc duties, when required.
• Role involves travelling and working at our French office.

Experience

• At least 5 years’ experience in marketing and communications.
• A good understanding of design, architecture, the built environment and luxury marketing.
• Direct experience of super prime real estate marketing in London and Internationally.
• Good knowledge of all marketing channels.
• Project Management skills in delivering multiple projects.
• Experience in property or hospitality/luxury marketing.
• PR/Comms experience.
