Job Description

Are you a Property Services Specialist looking for an exciting new role?



You will be responsible for managing repossession sales, accounts in receivership and other complex mortgage matters, with daily interaction with customers, solicitors, asset managers, valuers, receivers, and colleagues in order to deliver successful solutions to customers and the company.

The ideal the candidate will have a good understanding and experience of dealing with property related matters, mortgages and sale progression.


Some of your key responsibilities:


  • Contributing to the development, provision and maintenance of a high-quality property asset management function, working on repossessions and receivership cases.
  • Responsibility for daily interaction with third party suppliers and colleagues in order to deliver successful solutions to customers and the company.
  • Managing the daily workflow process in conjunction with other members of the team
  • Preparing queue items for decision by colleagues within the team
  • Liaising with and confirming instructions to third party suppliers
  • Building working relationships with all relevant third-party suppliers, including asset managers, solicitors and insurers
  • Attending review meetings with 3rd parties and implementing outputs
  • Reviewing and processing payments to third parties
  • Assisting the Property Services Manager on general administration matters
  • Assisting in training and supporting new starters and colleagues within the team


Essential Skills & Experience:


  • Previous experience within the property industry
  • Good foundation and understanding of the life cycle of residential mortgages
  • Able to analyse problems, think creatively, and make effective decisions in the appropriate timescale
  • A good understanding of regulatory requirements and the impact these have on the business
  • Good decision making skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills.


This is a hybrid role with the expectation of three days per week being office based.
