Driven by expansion and the next phase of growth, this very well run real estate specialist is seeking a Director of Marketing to design and implement the B2B & B2C marketing strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading marketing teams, developing comprehensive marketing strategies in real estate or adjacent industries and executing these strategies successfully.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement creative B2B and B2C marketing initiatives for each property asset
• Recruit a new team
• Write and manage content for social media channels
• Coordinate and manage partner events from conception to completion
• Manage the production of internal and external marketing collateral such as brochures, newsletters, presentations etc
• Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to identify marketing requirements and ensure messaging and outputs are aligned

Key skills & experience:

• B2B / B2C property / real estate experience is essential
• 15+ years experience in property
• Proven experience planning and delivering online and offline marketing campaigns within the property or real estate industry
• Tracks on experience
• Energetic and passionate self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships internally and externally
• Excellent writing, editing and proof-reading skills
• Able to effectively priorities with strong project management skills

c£130-150,000 base salary
