Job Description

Introduction to SWC Partnership:

We’re one of Europe’s fastest-growing international full-service marketing agencies, headquartered in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. We develop strategies and creative ideas that help brands increase their brand awareness and sales.

We pride ourselves on offering excellent service to our clients, who include major brands from airlines, and tech companies, to automotive and pet care. We produce the high-quality work and campaigns that you’d expect from a top London agency. We work as multi-disciplinary experts across both B2C and B2B marketing, with a heavy skew on international campaigns, accounting for 80% of our work.

Our culture is a vital strand of DNA that runs through the agency and across everything we do. It is what gives us our personality and genuinely gives everyone a chance to be part of something. We were awarded The Sunday Times, Best Places to Work 2023 and we also ranked in the top 10 SME category too. We offer all-year-round Summer Working Hours and hybrid working, of only 2 days in the office.

There’s a nice balance of working and having fun; celebrating wins, regular socials, investment in training, and travel opportunities, but what drives us all is that we love what we do. We also offer a very attractive work-from-home policy, but also have high-spec offices that form a great base for everyone. They are brand new, right next to the station and equipped with great facilities, meeting rooms, gym, reception etc.

We are also a part of the UP Group, UP THERE EVERYWHERE are a cloud-based agency headquartered in Stockholm, their complimentary services and expertise gives us a truly global presence, and access to 16+ bases around the world.

We are a lean, agile and highly motivated agency, that punches above our weight with clients, and yet, we are small enough to truly care about the people we work with.

About the Role:

This role is designed for someone who wants a career, not a job and is your opportunity to drive your career forward and be exposed to a wide range of marketing projects across all channels, promotional materials and levels of creative production.

You’ll be working with B2B international clients to implement their marketing campaigns across multiple regions, and responsible for taking new briefs and trafficking them through our agency to ensure they are delivered on time and to the agreed budget. It is essential that you are an excellent multitasker with the ability to spin lots of plates. A lot of your time will be spent setting up, managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns, whilst also acting as a general support role for your accounts and team.

You will be given ownership of your own workstreams and will be responsible for project time plans, maintaining in-house management tools such as Monday.com, contributing to weekly status reports and overall campaign performance. Along with delivering high volumes of creative assets from briefing to production, upholding process and managing review stages.

The role also offers the opportunity for you to learn from an integrated team of specialists who will support you and facilitate your personal career development. We anticipate you to be promoted to an Account Manager position within 24 months depending on your PPD.

You will report to an Account Manager, whilst having a lot of autonomy to deliver your own workstreams.

Key responsibilities of the role will require you to:

· Develop into a champion of delivery, production and process via listening and learning from your peers

· Be a self-starter and start to apply a process-driven approach to your part in projects

· Manage your workflow and report into your AM/ AD so they have full visibility of the project process and output

· Deliver your tasks to the highest level possible, always going over and above client expectations

· Truly own the elements of the projects you work on, start building relationships with any direct clients you have – via high levels of client service & project management

· Deliver first-class reviewing and proofing of any work following the internal sign off process

· Develop effective verbal and written communication skills

· Employ great listening and probing questioning skills to start to understand:

  • the client and their industry sector
  • the clients’ brand, products and services
  • the clients’ marketing and ROI objectives

Required Skill Sets:

· Minimum 1-year agency experience would be ideal

· Basic experience in setting up and managing social-based digital marketing campaigns such as; LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram

· Experience in AdWords campaign build and management would be advantageous

· B2B experience, ideally in tech or manufacturing

· Experience managing email marketing campaigns

· Experience managing external stakeholders and third parties

· Exposure of marketing channels

· Strong written and reading skills (GCSE English and Maths minimum B grade)

· Willingness to take feedback, learn and grow in the role and with us as we grow too

· Ability to work independently, and also in a team

· A bachelor’s degree and/ or a second language would be highly desirable but not mandatory.

Although we list out what we generally look for, we are very likely missing other attributes and skills that you have that could make you a great fit but are not currently listed. Research has shown this especially applies to women and other marginalised groups, who tend to apply if they check 100% of every box, versus men who apply if they hit roughly 60%. The point we’re getting at is that it doesn’t hurt to take a chance and apply.

If you've read this far, we would love for you to apply and put your name forward for this opportunity.

Thank you,
