Your Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze sales and campaign data to refine and optimize marketing efforts for new products coming to market in the solartech space.
• Market Research: Identify trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape insights to inform strategy.
• Campaign Management: Design and execute impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
• Product Launches: Lead the charge on new product launches, from event planning to promotional content creation.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, commercial, and product development teams for a unified approach.
• Content Creation: Craft compelling marketing content, including product descriptions, brochures, and social media posts.

What You’ll Bring:

• Knowledge of Solar Energy: Proven experience in the cleantech sector, with a focus on solar. You don't need to be an expert yet, but some experience and genuine interest is needed.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to think strategically while excelling in hands-on execution.

• Effective Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
