The Company

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to take the reins of our UK marketing operation. We are one of the UKs leading recruitment agencies with a specialism in recruiting for Technology, Digital Marketing and Tech Sales! Established in the early 2000s, we’ve come a long way from our humble beginnings in our Didsbury office to now a State-of-the-art office near St Peters Square in the Manchester City Centre. Whilst we started out with only a UK side to our business, we have now grown exponentially leading to us opening up 5 offices in the US. This role will give you the opportunity to work with our US marketing team to help the businesses digital outreach to continue to grow.

The Role

You’ll be the focal point of the UK marketing operation. Not only will you be managing the social media accounts, but you’ll be hands on supporting the sales staff to grow their own personal brands. You’ll be the go-to person for all things marketing. You’ll be supporting the sales staff in making the most out of tools they have available, whilst also aiming to bring in as many inbound leads as possible. This is a very hands on role where you’ll need to approachable and able to spin multiple plates at once.

Responsibilities:

• Developing content and visuals for various digital channels, including emails, blogs, social media, and videos, utilising Adobe Creative Suite.
• Creating and developing materials such as brochures, proposals, and pitch decks with a keen understanding of design principles.
• Monitoring and analysing leads generated from marketing efforts, presenting ROI dashboards to stakeholders.
• Creating engaging social media content for a diverse portfolio of 3 recruitment brands.
• Implementing the latest SEO techniques to optimise websites.
• Monitoring internal communications, to help support sales staff
• Personal brand management and support for sales staff
• Working with the international marketing team to further develop the global strategy
• Events management, planning and co-hosting networking events
• Managing data streams to pass on leads to the sales team

Requirements:

• 2 years experience in a marketing role
• Knowledge of SEO best practice
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
• Google analytics and data management skills
