About the Role

Joining our wider Marketing function within the Forge Holiday Group, we are seeking our newest Partnerships Manager to join our Partnerships Team at our Chester head office.

  • Paying a salary up to £35,000 per annum working / 37.5 hours per week / Monday-Friday.
  • Plus access to our annual STIP (annual company-wide bonus) scheme with an additional 10% of your salary

As our newest Partnerships Manager you will be crucial to our Partnerships department, managing the partnerships for the Forest Holidays division specifically.

As well as continuing to develop our existing aggregators, partners and affiliates, our newest Manager will be responsible for finding new aggregators and partnerships domestically and internationally. This role will be responsible for the recruitment of new partners to ensure our visibility is maximised and booking volumes are optimised.

A strong working knowledge of affiliates and affiliate networks would be very helpful as they will also be responsible for growing our affiliate network.

As our newest addition you will be working closely with our Operations, Finance and Property Recruitment departments to ensure adverts are accurate and to resolve customer and owner issues as quickly as possible.

Your Responsibilities

Joining our dedicated Partnerships Department, you will be reporting directly to the Senior Partnerships Manager and will be accountable for delivery in the following areas:

  • Building on current relationships with our partners and affiliates
  • Finding, onboarding and managing relationships with direct partners
  • Ensuring all documentation in relation to all future third party bookings are completed accurately and to set deadlines
  • Taking customer queries via partners dashboards, resolving issues and answering questions where necessary
  • Working alongside our Owners team to ensure property listings are detailed and up to date on our partners
  • Providing support to others within the marketing team during busy periods (i.e. Peak periods, sickness and holidays)
