Engineering Graduate (Please read Advert)

Akkodis UK are looking for a technically minded graduate or junior engineer to join us within our Talent Acquisition Team here in Bristol. With your background understand of how engineering works you will use your knowledge and skills to identify suitable engineers to join our internal engineering teams across the UK.

What will you be doing?

• Learn and understand the profiles of engineers and IT consultants that meet our requirements, with guidance from senior team members.
• Act as an initial point of contact for candidates during the early stages of the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Begin building your professional network within the UK, supported by your coaches and team.
• Collaboration with Business Managers and other senior technical stakeholders.
• Participate in team discussions and provide feedback for continuous process improvement.

What do you need?

• Aerospace or Automotive Engineering degree (or similar)
• Zero experience in recruitment, we will train you!
• Passion for engineering and technology
• The drive to continuous help move the business forward
