We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head of Marketing to lead their marketing initiatives and take their brand to the next level.

Job Summary:

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at driving growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness. You will lead a talented marketing team, overseeing all aspects of marketing including digital, content, brand, and product marketing. This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with the leadership team to help shape the company’s vision and market position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, market share, and customer engagement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, ensuring collaboration and alignment with company objectives.
• Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, content strategy, digital marketing, and performance marketing activities.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and drive growth.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources for maximum return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborate with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
• Track and report on marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as required to achieve targets.
• Drive the company’s PR and communication efforts, managing external agencies and partnerships where necessary.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging platforms, and innovative marketing techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving growth and managing high-performing teams.
• Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in finance is a plus.
