Technical Sales Consultant

Educational Requirements: Grade 12 Technical diploma or equivalent and sales and marketing qualification will be beneficial Must be computer literate Must have a valid drivers license Work Experience: 2-4 years' experience in a technical service or sales position in the chemical cleaning industry Knowledge and experience of technical systems, equipment, food processing and poultry plants for the chemical industry will be beneficial. Duties would be but not limited to: Achieving sales budget by presenting and selling company products and services to preidentified customers Develop, maintain and expand current customer base through building a harmonious and service orientated relationship with clients Conducting titration tests as and when required as per service level agreements Plot the results on a trend and communication with customers Oversee and facilitate product delivery and equipment installation Explain complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable Compiling proposals and reports related to technical products Implementation and adherence to company policies and procedures Preparing monthly reports and monthly meetings with management outside of normal meetings Core Competencies: Communication Work standards Tolerance for stress Energy Administrative orientation Integrity Sales ability Rapport building Customer service Quality of work Team player Problem solver
