Job Description

Transformation Management Lead development and implementation of EE agenda, Lead and develop the corporate social investment agenda, EE reporting, ensuring compliance and responsible for implementing, collecting data and reporting on B-BBEE score card on BEE category: HR Development Talent Management Education Training & Development i.e. Managing the ETD Budget, Register as SDF with Services SETA; Prepare and implement comprehensive Work Skills Plan; Coordinate all the training activities (internally and externally); Coordinate training to close the identified skills gaps, implement Skills Development Programmes and Head up the Graduate Skills Programme; Ensure talent management activities Payroll Payroll supervision and approval of salaries Recruitment & Selection Vacancy advertising, CV shortlisting, Interview, On-Boarding Graduate/ Internship Programme Managing the Graduate, Internships and Vocational Programme from Recruitment, Selection and inception Employment Relations matters Advise heads of Departments, Deal with disciplinary matters e.g. Internal Disciplinary matters, CCMA cases - Con/Arb cases & preparing case packs. Human Resources Information Systems Ensuring that all HR information are accurately stored, the Thomas International - Personal Profile Analysis Portal works at it optimal and upgrades are installed for the Payroll and Leave systems i.e. SAGE VIP Premier and ESS Assisting Audit verification on BEE and ensure the BBBEE Scorecard is up to date Employment Equity Ensuring that EE requirement are met i.e. Submission of the EE Report & Meetings arrangements Put in place Employee Wellness Programs Compliance Ensuring that employer is compliant with the following institutions:- Estate Agency Affairs Board and all employees have a valid FFC, The employer is Accredited with the relevant SETA i.e. Services SETA Administer Workmen's Compensation Fund (COIDA) claims SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE POSITION BUSINESS Complete self-motivation and self-starting capabilities. Clear understanding of diversity of the workplace QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Matric (Must) Bachelors degree or diploma SDF qualification or Facilitators qualification/ relevant experience Accredited Assessor advantageous Competency in Microsoft Office. Experience 4-5 years experience in similar role Skills Ability to interact with people and to facilitate training Very strong admin abilities Creative and lateral thinker Deadline driven Ability to work under pressure Ability to build good relations with training providers and external compliance officers Ability to work with legal regulations and liaise with government departments Ability to analyze job requirements and outputs and establish appropriate skill and training solutions Ability to analyze and solve problems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. Ability to determine informational needs, to collect and analyze information, and to devise and develop statistical analyses and reports. Knowledge of current and emerging Employment Equity issues and trends as it relates to training Ability to design and present informational programs and presentations, based on assessed needs. Ability to develop and present educational programs and/or workshops. Ability to create a budget, manage expenditure and do cashbook reconciliations Understanding of payroll and ability to check and sign off payroll Files Ability to resolve pension and provident fund queries
