Spa Receptionist

Remuneration: Live-in Accommodation offer plus 3 meals per day included Basic salary offer will be discussed during the interview Key Responsibilities: - Recording and confirming spa reservations on ESP - Responding to all reception emails - Orientating spa guests about the spa facilities and amenities - Daily administration - Maximise income by sales of retail products Requirements: - Must have Grade 12 - Must have 2-3 years experience in a Reception position in a well-established and professional spa - Be computer literate with experience on ESP - Excellent communication skill in English, both written and verbal
