What you will be doing


The People & Culture (P&C) Recruitment/ Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting the overall HR functions in the Paris office, with a focus on recruitment and employee lifecycle management for the European offices.


This role involves collaborating with department heads to meet staffing needs, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and supporting broader HR initiatives such as employee engagement, compliance, and performance management.


This role will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

Your Responsibilities


Recruitment & Selection:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role briefings and develop job descriptions.
  • Utilise various recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media) to attract top talent.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with department heads.
  • Working with hiring managers to ensure they follow a fair and consistent interview process.
  • Prepare letters of offers and manage onboarding processes for new hires.


Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Facilitate new hire orientation, ensuring all necessary paperwork and system setup are completed.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience, providing new employees with guidance and support during their first weeks.
  • Handle offboarding processes, including exit interviews and termination documentation.


HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with organisational goals.
  • Provide administrative support in performance review cycles, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Manage employee leave requests, absences, and ensure compliance with company policies.


Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Support conflict resolution processes and promote a positive work environment.


Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations related to recruitment and HR practices.
  • Prepare regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics) and present findings to management.
  • Assist with audits and compliance reviews as necessary.


Other HR Projects:

  • Participate in the development of HR strategies and programs.
  • Support learning and development initiatives as needed.
  • Assist in other P&C activities and special projects as assigned.


Visas & Immigration

  • Support visa and immigration processes for new starters in a timely manner
  • Ensure right to work documentation is checked and recorded in line with legislative requirements


Your Knowledge and Experience


  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR administration.
  • Good knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with proactive sourcing strategies, such as headhunting
  • Familiarity with relevant tools and programs including LinkedIn, referral programs and other job boards
  • Resourcing experience within technology preferred


Skills and Experience


  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR administration.
  • Good knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with proactive sourcing strategies, such as headhunting
