Social Media Assistant

Calling all social media gurus!

I’m looking for an extra pair of hands with our marketing here at Engage

I’m looking for a social media assistant to take responsibility of growing our socials by creating content across various channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, and WordPress).

Your day to day responsibilities include:

⭐️ Tech Industry research - googling keywords, staying on top of trends

⭐️ Copywriting - industry and employment related blogs

⭐️ Creating visuals - Using canva to create engaging graphics, photography and videography

As your manager, I’ll be supporting you with our marketing strategy, and aid the development of our larger projects which you can get stuck into (i.e website revamps and email marketing campaigns).

We are currently investing in new automation platforms, CRM and website provider, so there’s lots of room for learning and development.

To avoid a skills gap, preferably the ideal candidate will have PPC knowledge/experience to build the paid media side of our marketing campaigns from the ground up, however this is not essential.

I’m looking for someone who has ambition to grow this role into a Marketing Manager in the same way I have levelled up from Marketing Executive to PeopleOps and Marketing Manager within a 3 year period

This role welcomes hybrid working, however you will need to be commutable to Bristol in order to be able to create some content (i.e photos and videos) of the team!

Salary banding: £23-25k (with salary reviews and commission based on ROI performance)
