We specializein connecting educational professionals, such as supply teachers and support staff, with schools, alternative provisions, and colleges for both temporary and permanent positions.

Youll be paid weekly, on time, by us using PAYE.

We are compliant with AWR (Agency Worker Regulations), ensuring all of our supply teachers receive the pay they are entitled to.

PWD Connect are currently recruiting Qualified Supply Teachers to work in Secondary/Primary schools across the Stafford area.

The supply teacher roles we have available range from day to day, short term and a long term basis.

Key Responsibilities of our Supply Teachers:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects within the secondary school curriculum.
• Support students with their learning, providing guidance and encouragement as they progress academically.
• Supervise students during lessons, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to create engaging and interactive learning activities that cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance with their studies.
• Uphold school policies and procedures, promoting positive behaviour and maintaining discipline within the classroom.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community within the school.

Requirements:

• PGCE, TRN or QTS qualification
• A genuine passion for education and a desire to work with young people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the school.
• Resilience and patience when working with students of varying abilities and backgrounds.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
